By accessing or using AutoRight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those who purchase a Spark Report or AutoRight Plus subscription.
AutoRight is a vehicle recommendation engine. We use your answers to a structured interview to score and rank vehicles from our catalog. The output is a ranked report intended to help you narrow your search — it is informational guidance, not professional advice.
AutoRight recommendations do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We strongly recommend independently verifying any vehicle's condition, pricing, safety history, and suitability before making a purchase decision.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a report or subscription. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
AutoRight offers two paid products:
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise AutoRight to charge your payment method for the selected product.
AutoRight Plus renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@autoright.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
AutoRight reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers. Founding-rate subscribers who maintain continuous subscriptions are not subject to price increases during the first 12 months.
Spark Reports ($12.99): Because the report is delivered immediately and in full upon payment, Spark Reports are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical failure that prevented delivery of your report, contact support@autoright.org within 7 days and we will either re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion.
AutoRight Plus: If you cancel within 48 hours of your first charge and have not used your subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing us. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable upon cancellation.
AutoRight's recommendations are generated algorithmically based solely on your answers. The quality of your results depends on the accuracy and completeness of your responses.
AutoRight does not guarantee that any recommended vehicle will:
Cost estimates (TCO, fuel, insurance) are approximations based on public data and averages. They are not quotes. Actual costs will vary based on your specific credit, driving record, location, and the individual vehicle.
AutoRight does not accept payment from manufacturers, dealers, or advertisers to influence match scores or rankings. Recommendations are determined solely by the algorithm. This is a core commitment of the service and will not change.
Inventory links in your report (such as Cars.com or AutoTrader) may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through those links, AutoRight may receive a referral fee. This does not affect your price and does not influence your match results.
The AutoRight name, logo, interview structure, scoring methodology, and all content on the site are owned by AutoRight. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Your report is licensed to you personally for your own use. You may share it for personal decision-making purposes but may not resell or republish it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoRight's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report or subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.
AutoRight is not liable for any vehicle purchase decision you make, any financial loss arising from acting on a recommendation, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results that meet your specific requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will notify subscribers by email with at least 14 days' notice.
